Chemical Engineer (USC) and PhD (UVigo, 2017) on ionic liquids, with part of his work at Université Blaise Pascal. He conducted postdoctoral research at Tokyo Tech, ENS-Lyon, and MIT before returning to UVigo, where he has been a Ramón y Cajal fellow since 2022. His research sits at the intersection of polymer chemistry, fluid mechanics, and engineering, to transform biopolymers into functional materials. He enjoys teaching and working with curious minds. Cofounder of the spin-off SpectrumGrid.
